2007-08 Redskins

There’s definitely talent in Washington – and Redskins ticket buyers can definitely be optimistic this season, just by looking at their first team players. However, their lack of depth will remain a problem this season, and their pass rush continues to be a bit lackluster. Their coaching is top rated, but their offensive line will need some tweaking in 07-08. Jason Cambell is a solid QB with a strong arm, and well-thought plays. The receiving core looks good as well, and The Redskins still has Captain Chaos Cooley making big plays. It is a brutal division this season, but look for Washington to rely on - Casey Rabach, Chris Samuels and Randy Thomas - as their core offence.

In the 2006 off-season, the Washington Redskins made a number of moves that they hope will bolster their roster. They went and picked up a number of guys that would help out their struggling offense. The Redskins traded for wide receiver Santana Moss, who will be with the team for the second time in his career. The hopes are that with a big time receiver like Moss on the team that the offense will be able to move the ball through the air.
